Description
On May 23, 1963, Earl M. Cooper, a resident of Racine, died at the age of sixty-five of leukemia, leaving his son Jackson Cooper, the appellant, as his sole surviving heir-at-law. Shortly before his death while in the hospital, Earl M. Cooper on May 10, 1963, executed a will in which he limited his sons interest in his estate to an undivided one-half interest in his home; the other half he gave to Mrs. Irene Zold, the proponent of the will. His automobile, a store building, together with the grocery business he conducted therein and the fixtures, inventory, and stock-in-trade were bequeathed to Mrs. Zold who was also named executrix. The rest of the estate was bequeathed to Mr. and Mrs. Paul Kuhnwald.
